What exactly is a FitFoodWay Meal Plan?

A Fit Food Way Meal Plan is a freshly made, ready-to-eat nutritional set of meals created by fully qualified nutritionists and prepared by our top-tier chefs. They are rigorously designed to fit a multitude of dietary requirements and fitness goals, perfect for those aiming to lose weight, build muscle mass, and/or choose a specific daily calorie or protein intake.

Meal Plans are prepared within hours of ordering and are delivered fresh to your door every day for optimum nutritional and calorific value. We cater to vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, as well as serving more traditional diets.

What type of cuisine do you offer, and what's the inspiration behind your creations?

Our dishes offer a blend of everything, from traditional choices like chili con carne and roasted salmon to international fusions and eclectic creations featuring a full array of flavours, ingredients and textures.

For anyone dedicated to improving their health and fitness, and seeking convenient access to freshly prepared, delicious cuisine.

Our ready-made Meal Plans are particularly beneficial for individuals who lack the time to

A) source the right ingredients for their specific diet or

B) possess the expertise or inclination to prepare and cook it.

Our dishes are ready to eat precisely when you need them.

Do I have to have a ‘set’ Meal Plan?

Not at all. You can create your own Meal Plan from our extensive range of delicious dishes. Go for it!

What cooking methods do you use?

Around 90% of our meals are steamed, roasted or uncooked (salads etc).

The remaining 10% are stir-fried in tiny amounts of olive oil.

Is there a minimum daily order value?

Yes, and we believe that it's excellent value for money.

The minimum daily order value is only £25.

However, we do offer fantastic discounts. For first-time orders, a daily meal could cost as little as £17. For orders of 5 days or more, enjoy a 10% discount, and orders of 20 days or more qualify for a 20% discount. First-time customers receive an additional 15% off the final total.

How quickly will I receive my food from when I first place an order?

If you place your order by midday, you can expect to receive your food by 7am the following morning. It's important to note that your meals will be delivered fresh, every day. Therefore, if you place an order for multiple days, each day's meal will be delivered by 7am on its respective date.

Do I have to have my food delivered so early?

No. If you wish, you can select another delivery time at the point of checkout. We just charge an additional £10 daily delivery fee.

Do you have an app I can order through?

Of course. It’s available via Google Play and the App Store. Just search Fit Food Way.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to London (within M25) and Guildford. Keep checking our contact page for updates on new delivery areas.

What if I’m not going to be in when you deliver?

Once you’ve placed your order, please inform us of a secure place or details of a neighbour where we can safely deliver your meals to. You can do this by providing clear instructions in your account, prior to completing your order. You can also edit this at any time, just by logging in and editing the details.

What if I planned to be in when I ordered, but unexpectedly get called away?

No problem, just call us on 0800 001 6281 as soon as you know. We can then arrange a suitable place to deliver your meals to.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately not. All orders need to go via our website or app.

What payment methods do you take?

All major credit and debit cards. Plus, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

If I decide that I don’t wish to continue receiving deliveries I’ve already ordered and paid for, can I cancel them and get a full refund?

Yes, you certainly can, as longs as you give us at least 24-hours’ notice. Naturally, it would make us very sad if you did. We’d ask you why you decided to cancel. Whatever the reason, just send us an email with your order number and we’ll cancel it and refund any remaining balance back on to your original payment method.

Can I pause an order and then resume it at a later date?

Yes you can. As long as you contact us by 10am the day before your delivery date, we can pause an order for you. Or just login to your customer account and go to ‘preferences’.

How often do you repeat your Meal Plan options?

When we’re not lovingly preparing and delivering freshly cooked meals, we’re experimenting with creating new ones. That’s why no two consecutive months ever repeat themselves.

Can I change any of the ingredients?

Our Meal Plans are designed by top nutritionists and cannot be modified in terms of ingredient changes. However, you can specify certain dietary preferences, including no pork, gluten-free, lactose-free, and halal. This can be done during the ordering process.

What happens if I don’t like one or some of the dishes I’ve ordered?

Hey, it happens. Just get in touch, tell us what you didn’t like and we’ll find a way to put it right. Whether it’s a replacement dish, a refund, or another way to make you happy, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and hassle-free.

I have certain allergies; will you be able to accommodate me?

You need to provide detailed information.

Do you have gluten-free, pork-free, lactose-free or halal menu options?

Yes, all of the above. Just make your selection during the ordering process.

Do your food products contain added sugar or processed sweeteners?

No, not as a general rule. Honey and maple syrup are the only sweeteners we personally add to any of our dishes. However, some ingredients, such as tinned peaches or tomato puree – things of that nature, may contain added sugar, so this is somewhat unavoidable.

Do the Meal Plans need to be served cold, or can they be heated up?

Depending on your preferences, each meal can be served hot or cold. Heating and food care instructions will be included with your delivery.

Where should I store my food items upon receiving them?

We suggest storing them in the fridge, just like you would with any food item that wasn’t intended for immediate consumption.

Do I need to prepare the food?

Absolutely not! You’re busy enough. All of that’s been taken care of for you. They’re ready to eat. If you’d like a little extra seasoning, just add salt and pepper.

Are your meals made from organic produce?

Unfortunately not. It’s something we are striving to achieve for the future. It’s mainly because it is incredibly difficult to find suppliers that can fulfil every component of our dishes.

Even if we managed to achieve 90% organic produce, we cannot label our products as such – not until 100% organic has been achieved and we’ve acquired the formal certification.
